Congratulations go to Rushcombe First School, who recently won an award from the National Association for Able Children (NACE) for the hard work and achievement of pupils at the school.

Annette Brooke visited the school with County Councillor and Rushcombe School Governor Susan Jefferies.

Congratulations must go to the staff of the school who worked so hard and the team at Dorset Childrens services who have supported and encouraged them all along.

Only 40 Schools in the county have been given this award and Rushcombe was the first school to gain the award in Dorset, Poole and Bournemouth.
